Description

North Somerset Council are looking for a Principal Contractor for the design & construction to expand the existing facilities for pupils with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) at Gordano School in Portishead. The project entails refurbishment of the existing accommodation to create a new 25 space Resource Base. The completed project is to be delivered by the end of November 2026.

Renewal Options

The Authority reserves the right to exercise options to extend the contract duration or increase the scope of services, subject to performance and budget availability in the event of any unforeseen requirements.
