Provide a platform for product innovation or advanced development within the scope of the framework. Considerations can only be proposed from suppliers that have a positive commercial submission on the framework in any ranked position (ranked 6th or above still qualifies) Proposals must compliment the framework scope. Systems or non-specific products will not be considered. Any proposal that duplicates any of the other Lots within framework will not be considered. Proposals should not crossover any other NHS Scotland contract, commercial agreement or framework.
