The contract will be held with London Councils and performed by The London Innovation and Improvement Alliance (LIIA) (www.liia.london) who are hosted by London Councils. As an exempted contract, this notice is being published voluntarily for transparency. The decision was taken under PCR 2015 and this notice reflects that timing. Under PA23, the provisions for a horizontal arrangement set out in Paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 are deemed to still apply. Spend from 1 August 2024 to 31 March 2026: £791,438.72. Option at MOPAC's discretion to increase up to £1,800,000 and extend to 2029.
