Description

Braintree District Council seeks a supplier for the provision and delivery of equipment to support operations at 149 polling stations within the district. Lot 1 - Polling Booths Supply and delivery of polling booths for 149 polling stations. Each station requires: Each polling station has the requirement for two polling booths and at least one accessible booth per station. Lot 2 - Voter ID Privacy Screens Supply and delivery of one privacy screen or solution per polling station (149 in total) to ensure voter ID checks are conducted discreetly. Lot 3 - Lots 1 & 2 Supply and delivery of Lots 1&2 as per the above. The Total value (estimated) incl. VAT is £120,000 and not £240,000 as stated in this notice, due to the intention to only award either Lots 1 & 2 or Lot 3.
