1.1 St George's Hospital are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified organisation to conduct a comprehensive audit of community sites it occupies. The audit will focus on: • Landlord compliance and responsibilities, including statutory checks, maintenance obligations and certificates. • Sustainability and carbon footprint data, including heating systems, metering capability and EPC/DEC status. The audit outputs will provide a clear position statement on compliance, identify gaps, and support future estates and sustainability planning - must adhere to PAM guidance at all times (i.e. have all the relevant documents available throughout the year).

Renewal Options

The initial contract will cover St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust only however provision will be made to extend the service to include the scope of Epsom & St Helier University Hospitals at a later date.
