Description

Herefordshire Council is seeking to appoint a multi-discipline service provider to plan, coordinate and manage the delivery of its planned programme for the county's local authority maintained schools plus any emergency/contingency works (unplanned maintenance) that may arise

Renewal Options

The contract is anticipated to commence on 9th March 2026 and will continue for a period of 4 year(s) unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract. For clarity of the service provisions scoping and delivery is expected in the first 3 years and year 4 for rectification. There is the potential for an option to extend the for up to 1 year(s), depending on both the success in achieving the required outcomes and availability of further funding. Under PA23 schedule 5(8) the Council reserves the right to make a direct award to the successful supplier under this contract for any future procurement involving repeat works, services or goods
