Description

This opportunity is for a provider of a South Yorkshire wide Multi-crime Victim Referral and Support Service. The service will be required to offer an integrated, specialist, informative, care and support pathway to tailored interventions and a range of assessment and support services for adults and young people. - Supporting victims to access wider services such as healthcare, social care, and guidance through the criminal justice processes to help those referred to cope and recover from the impact of crime and holistically improve individual health and well-being, as well as criminal justice outcomes. Please be advised that this contract was referred to as South Yorkshire Multi Crime Support Service, our reference DN786988 in the previous linked notice.
