- this service is for the provision of a community-based falls prevention service with clinical intervention focused on supporting older adults to reduce their risk of falls;- the relevant authority is intending to award to an existing provider following direct award process C;- the lifetime value of the contract is £210,000 excluding VAT (£252,000 inclusive VAT); and- the services are intended to be provided from 01 October 2025 up to 31 March 2027

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the Standstill Period.
