Legal Justification

Provision to equip students of choices college with technology supporting people with learning disabilities and autism to navigate daily challenges in workplace, interact with the space around them, and flow through tasks with confidence. It is justified under Section 41 (1) (a) and paragraph 6 (b) of Schedule 5 of the Procurement Act 2023 on the basis that there are no reasonable alternatives for the provision of this service.
