Description
Delivery of high quality accommodation and/or support for 16-25-year olds, with a specific focus on looked after children and care leavers. Services will work towards developing or sustaining a young person's capacity to live independently within the community and avoid unnecessary use of more intensive forms of support. Supported accommodation plays a valuable contribution towards enabling young people to prepare for independence and to develop practical living skills. 3 year contract with 2 x 12 month extension period.

Solo placement accommodation with staff on site 24 hours a day (waking 7.30am to 10.30pm, sleep in staff 10.30pm to 7.30am) 7 Hours of key work per week (This support will be flexible to fit the needs of the individual and will take place in planned sessions between 7am and 10pm Monday - Sunday each week) Registered as with Ofsted as Category 1 |
