This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) has been issued by BlueLight Commercial who are seeking to award a Framework for the provision of open-source intelligence (OSINT) software for social media screening.

The requirement will be tendered as a multiple supplier Framework and will be conducted in accordance with the Competitive Flexible Procedure under Procurement Act 2023 (“the Regulations”). The Framework Term shall be for a period of 4 years with no option to extend. The anticipated commencement date of the Framework is 9th April 2026. BlueLight Commercial are utilising an electronic tendering portal (In-Tend) to manage this procurement and as such interested individuals and organisations will need to register on the portal to express their interest, using ref BLC0288.
