Description

This notice informs suppliers of an upcoming procurement under the Procurement Act 2023 using the Open Procedure. The Trust intends to engage with the market to gather feedback and insights prior to issuing the Tender Notice. The Trust is intending to operate on a Trust-owned linen management system, where reporting and laundry services will be outsourced to a supplier. Suppliers should ensure they understand this operating model as part of their engagement and any subsequent tendering activity. The Trust seeks a Laundry Service provider capable of delivering: • Daily delivery and collection of Trust owned linen across Trust sites this may include: • Countess of Chester Hospital, Liverpool Road, Chester, CH2 1UL • Ellesmere Port Hospital, 14 Chester Rd, Whitby, Ellesmere Port CH65 6SG • Tarpley War Memorial Hospital, 14 Park Road, Tarporley, CW6 0AP • RFID or equivalent asset tagging and tracking • Compliance with HTM 01-04 infection control standards • Wash-and-return service for specialist items
