The Council plans to conduct a procurement process to establish a framework of providers for Adult Community and Supported Living Services within the Barnsley Local Authority area. The framework is with regard to new service provision. The Framework supports adults in Barnsley to live independently in the community and focuses on the principles of maximising and sustaining independent living, choice, involvement and inclusion through person centred approaches that help individuals to live ordinary lives in the community of Barnsley. The Framework is for providers who want to support people in their own home and also providers who want to develop supported living services in Barnsley. A supplier presentation briefing session will be held on Monday 15th December at 13:00 via MS Teams. The session is expected to last no more than 1 hour.
