WCHG seeks support to manage implications for its Extra Care portfolio, starting with Village 135 (135 apartments with 24/7 care). The project will be split into two Lots: Lot 1: Specialist consultancy for strategic advice, technical assessments, and migration planning. Lot 2: Practical delivery, including supply, installation, and commissioning of digital solutions.
