Powys County Council established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Highways and Civil Engineering Works throughout Powys County. The DPS has been extended until the 23rd February 2029. This award notice relates to any awards made following mini-competition tender processes for the period 1st September 2025 to 30th September 2025.
