Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is looking to procure a qualified contractor for completing Stock condition surveys on council owned buildings. To be completed utilising in house asset management software (logons and training will be given). Also, preparation of Planned Maintenance report from works highlighted and possible management of program. Key Dates & Timeline for Procurement Tender release: 28/11/2025 Deadline for clarifications: 12:00pm 19/12/2025 Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm 05/01/2025 Evaluation: w/c 05/01/2025 Appointment of contractor: w/c 12/01/2025

Renewal Options

This is a contract to provide surveys for a total period of 3 years (1+1+1), extensions subject to performance and commercial agreement.
