Legal Advisory Advisory Services on the development of district heat delivery models or similar including the development of options appraisal/commercial modelling and accountancy and development of procurement sourcing strategy
Total Quantity or Scope
The Council wishes to determine the optimum delivery model and procurement sourcing strategy which should be adopted to unlock long-term heat network deployment at scale within the city. This includes establishing a wide programme of development work (the Programme) and the intention is to appoint a delivery partner (the Heat Network Delivery Partner).
