Price	Price will be measured as the cost per month – calculated as price per unit divided by the shelf life in months on delivery Goods offered at more than 100% above the average of the prices offered by all Offerors (cost per month) may be rejected. The lowest price will receive the maximum score of 80 points. For higher priced Offers points will be deducted in proportion to the difference between the offered price and the lowest price.
