Provision of Decorating Materials and the associated Decorating Cards/Vouchers

Gateshead Council (The Council) is in the process of renewing its contract for the provision of decorating materials and the associated decorating vouchers (or similar scheme). These vouchers are issued to council tenants and potentially to leaseholders following planned investment works. They are intended as a contribution towards the cost of redecoration where damage has occurred as a result of those works. Tenants and leaseholders can exchange the vouchers for decorating materials such as paint, wallpaper, brushes, and other related items. To ensure the voucher is inclusive, accessible and meets our customers needs we would be looking to issue the following types of vouchers: - Flexible Digital Vouchers - E-vouchers or codes that can be redeemable online or in store. - Printed Voucher - Voucher codes that can be printed by ourselves and issued to customers that may not have access to a smart phone or email. The Council proposes to tender this opportunity for a 3-year contract, with two optional 12-month extensions.
