Description

Construction of a new external storage building under a JCT Minor Works 2016 with contractors design

Award Criteria

Price Criteria The lowest price submitted will be allocated a score of 100% with the remaining prices submitted allocated a score on a pro-rated % basis. For example, if the lowest bid submitted by tenderer A was £1,000,000, and the second lowest bid by tenderer B was £1,100,000, tenderer A would be allocated a score of 100% and tenderer B a score of 90.90% (£1,000,000 ÷ £1,100,000 x 100). When the 60% weighting was applied, tenderer A would be allocated a final total score for the price element of 60% (100 x 60%) and tenderer B a score of 54.54% (90.90 x 60%).
Quality Criteria Each of the 6 questions will be allocated a total of 5% and each element will be scored as a a proportion of that percentage
