Description

Pembrokeshire County Council is looking to establish a framework agreement for the Supply and Application of Surface Dressing Binder. The framework will be available for use by Pembrokeshire County Council, Ceredigion County Council and Cyngor Gwynedd.

Lot 1 will be Supply and Application of Surface Dressing Binder and is available for use by Pembrokeshire County Council and Ceredigion County Council.

Award Criteria
Method Statement Please attach a Method Statement detailing your general methodology and proposals for managing and administering this contract in full compliance of the specification. Your response should as a minimum cover such topics as:- • The resources you have available. • Details of proposed plant and equipment to be used on this contract. • Details of daily/periodic checks and calibration procedures. • Proposals for spraying plant and equipment together with maintenance arrangements to cater for breakdowns of plant. • Copies and details of any relevant spray bar test certifications • Details of the experience, Quality Standards and Accreditation’s of your named partner and the personnel used to undertake the spraying/application process.
Availability of Product Please provide details of the arrangements you have in place to manage product supply in full compliance of the specification and how this can be applied to this contract. Any proposals mentioned here must be included in the price of your tender submission.
