This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. NHS Devon sought to procure Minor Injuries services in North Devon (Ilfracombe). It is awarding a contract of 6 weeks , commencing 02 August 2025 and ending -7 September to Alliance Pioneer Group following Direct Award Process B of the Provider Selection Regime. This is a existing service, Alliance Pioneer Groupis a new provider. Lifetime value: £15,000

Legal Justification

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. Due to the short term nature of the contract and the incumbent provider being unable to continue to deliver services, an alternative provider was required on an interim basis to allow for provision and continuation of services for the local population.
