Renewal Options

The Authority intends to award an initial contract with a duration of 12 months (1 year) starting on 1st April 2026 with an option to extend for a further 3 years in increments of 12 months at the sole discretion of the Authority. In other words, the total contract duration for this piece of work will be for 4 years and the budget will be confirmed and contracted on 1+1+1+1 basis in line with the Contract Variation procedure.
