Other Information
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of a contract award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the processes as set out in the PSR have been applied and not the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the Procurement Act 2023. Details of Decision Makers: In line with the PSR statutory guidance, the recommendation was for the provider to be awarded a contract under Direct Award A as the provider has Commissioner Requested Services designation for the provision of Integrated Urgent Care Services. The recommendation to award the contract via this route has been made by the ICB commissioning lead for the service and was then endorsed at the ICB Commissioning Resource Group on the 20th June 2024. The final decision to award the contract was made by the LSC ICB Executive Team on the 2nd July 2024. There were no conflicts of interest identified.
