** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** Summary of Change This notice updates the previously published procurement pipeline for Supported Accommodation services. The original plan was to launch a full tender for block bed provision in December 2025. We are now implementing a one-year pilot using the West Midlands Regional Supported Accommodation Framework. New Approach During the pilot, we will run a mini-competition under the framework to call off suppliers. The pilot will allow us to test delivery models, capacity, and outcomes, and gather evidence to inform the future specification. Future Procurement Following the pilot, we will publish a competitive tender for block bed provision in July 2026. This approach ensures compliance with the Procurement Act 2023, supports transparency, and delivers an evidence-based procurement strategy.
