Description
Crown Estate Scotland (”CES”) have a requirement to undertake the following forestry services. The Framework will be split into the following lotting structure: - Lot 1 - Ground Preparation and Associated Groundworks – North (Glenlivet Estate, Fochabers Estate and Auchindoun Estate) - Lot 2 - Ground Preparation and Associated Groundworks – South (Applegirth Estate and Whitehill Estate) - Lot 3 – Tree Planting and Associated Tree Maintenance Works – North (Glenlivet Estate, Fochabers Estate and Auchindoun Estate) - Lot 4 - Tree Planting and Associated Tree Maintenance Works – South (Applegirth Estate and Whitehill Estate) - Lot 5 - Forestry Agent Services – North (Glenlivet Estate, Fochabers Estate and Auchindoun Estate)

| 5 | Forestry Agent Services – North (Glenlivet Estate, Fochabers Estate and Auchindoun Estate) The management of in-hand commercial forestry across the estates is undertaken directly by CES staff. Additional call-off support for these activities is required through this Lot. It is not a full Management requirement. Across all estates, there is a requirement for regular liaison with tenants, community and other stakeholders, maintaining and raising the profile of CES, managing good relations with tenants and other stakeholders and contributing positively to the overall management of the Estate. The role of Service Provider will also involve regular liaison with CES staff and any other Rural Service Providers. Award Criteria

Renewal Options
The Framework will be for a 2-year period, with the option to extend for 2 x 12-month periods at the sole discretion of Crown Estate Scotland.
