Plymouth City Council ('The Authority') would like to invite you to provide a tender for Domestic Abuse & Behaviour Change Services. Lot 2: Community Domestic Abuse & Behaviour Change Service We are commissioning community-based support for adult and child survivors, and behaviour change support for people who cause harm.
