Primary care and outreach model for people experiencing homelessness in North East London. NHS North East London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is requesting market feedback to inform the upcoming procurement for the provision of the service. A funding envelope of £2 million per annum is available, with the expected contract being five years plus an additional 5 years at the option of the authority.

Total Quantity or Scope

The aim of the homeless service is to deliver high quality, accessible, responsive and specially adapted primary medical services for the often-complex health and care needs of people experiencing homelessness across North East London. Number of people affected is provided in the documentation available.
