Description
Project Management (PM) and Ancillary Services for the Development Pipeline projects to co-ordinate and manage a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Team (MDCT) providing all the consultancy and associated services to ensure the development pipeline is delivered for RIBA stages (0-4) at the site of Queen Mother Sports Centre, which has been flagged as a potential development site.

A mini competition was run via the Crown Commercial Services RM6165 Consultancy Professional Services Lot 1: Built Environment was undertaken, listed below are the levels of interest in this tender. The consultant will be responsible for the management of all supporting consultancy services identified below, in addition to its duties. Providing of standard services. • Project Manager • Employers Agent • Act as Lead Consultant for the Multi-Disciplinary team. In addition to the above supporting technical services expected under the PM instruction include: • Structural and Civil Engineer • MEP Engineer • Energy & Sustainability Consultant • Transport Consultant • Landscape Architect • Sunlight/Daylight and Rights of Light Consultant • Fire Consultant • Acoustic Consultant • Surveys and Investigations The anticipated contract commencement date is June 2025 and the end date will be the end of RIBA stage 0-4, anticipated to be November 2026
