Description

Business Services Organisation (BSO), Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of Interventional and Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab Consumables to Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI)

Renewal Options

The Buyer reserves the right to increase the product range depending on Service User requirements. The Estimated Total Contract value will be advertised at £54,000,000. This includes the full extension period options and provision for a modification of up to 50% of the original contract value during the contract term to accommodate any increase in demand or changes in service requirements. Any such increase will be applied at the rates and terms set out in the original framework and will not alter the overall nature of the framework.

Quality - Benchtop Assessment - (Validation of conformance to Annex A - Product Specification embedded within Mid-Tier Schedule 02) As detailed in tender documentation.
