This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This notice serves as an intention to award the contract under PSR competitive process No conflicts of interest were identified during the evaluation process; all bids have been evaluated by service representatives. Key criteria used as outlined within the provider selection regime as the basis for the quality scoring totalling 50% of the score and the remaining attributed to the commercial scoring. The contract is to be awarded from 1st February 2026 for a 2 year period with an option to extend for a further 2 yers.
