The City of Edinburgh Council intends to award a contract to Arc-Tech (Scotland) Ltd to deliver operation, maintenance and management of communal heating systems in Western Villages and Granton D1 housing developments in Edinburgh for a period of 2 years with the option to extend annually for a further 2 years.

Total Quantity or Scope

Following completion of the construction works of new build housing developments at Western Villages and Granton D1 in Edinburgh, the Council requires to procure the services of a management, maintenance and operation contractor for the communal heating system for 519 homes which was designed and installed by Arc-Tec (Scotland) Ltd.
