For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period.

Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 2 January 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Written representations should be sent to nnicb-nn.psrsupport@nhs.net The decision was made by the Joint Commissioning Review Group in line with the ICB's Scheme of Reservation and Delegation. There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the decision. The relative importance of the key criteria was weighted as equal. The existing provider is performing the contract to a sufficient standard taking into account the basic and key criteria
