The Community Urgent & Minor Eye Service is delivered by Community Optometry for patients presenting with acute eye problems and is designed to provide both urgent and routine access, treatment or referral as required. Aims to provide care closer to home for patients, reducing the need to attend A&E or Hospital Eye Service.

NHS Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board is publishing this Corrigendum Notice to the Contract Award Notice (Notice identifier: 2025/S 000-062424). This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
