SHU procured a Timetabling & Scheduling, Exam Scheduler, Resource Booker and ETL& Web Services under CPC Corporate Software Framework - Lot 7 - Project Management & Resource Planning Software

Total Quantity or Scope

The contract is for the renewal of corporate timetabling and scheduling software services, including timetabling and scheduling, exam scheduling, ETL and web services, and resource booking. The services are provided as licensed software with associated support and maintenance for a period of one year, with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The contract supports the ongoing operational requirements of the contracting authority for academic scheduling and resource management.

Legal Justification

The contract was awarded by direct award under the CPC Corporate Software & Related Products and Services Framework (CPC/JE/01/2021), which was established following a compliant competitive procurement. The award is therefore lawful.
