Description

Somerset Council seeks a single supplier to deliver a comprehensive corporate cleaning service across its premises. The contract covers routine daily cleaning, touch-point sanitisation, periodic deep cleans, and ad-hoc specialist cleans on a optional basis. Services must maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation, support health and safety compliance, and ensure business continuity.

Renewal Options

There are options to extend the Initial Term by two further periods of twelve months. The decision to exercise the extension options will be at the sole discretion of the Authority, dependent upon, amongst other matters, Supplier performance during the Term of the Contract.
