This is a contract for the provision of Primary Medical Care Services at Coniston Medical Practice. The contract will commence on 15 June 2026 and have an initial term of ten years. The contract may be extended to a maximum of term of fifteen years. This is a competitive process under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Regulations 2023.

Total Quantity or Scope

Coniston Medical Practice are seeking a provider to deliver Primary Care Services. This contract will have an inital term of ten years with the option to extend by a further five years. The total contract value including the optional extensions is £2,656,000. The deadline to submit your bid closes at 12 noon on 04 February 2026.
