Description

Watford Borough Council tender for housing and associated support services to provide a high level Single Homelessness Services namely: Housing First (Lot 1), Multi-disciplinary Outreach Service (Lot 2) and Integrated Support & Step-Down Service (Lot 3). This is tender is governed by section 9 of the Procurement Act 2023, Light Touch Contracts.

Lot 1 Housing First is an approach to successfully support rough sleepers with complex and multiple needs, and histories of entrenched rough sleeping to live in their own homes. Housing First should provide a stable, independent home together with intensive personalised support and case management to individuals. The service will support 25 individuals with active cases, plus any dormant cases subject to manageable numbers.
