Direct Award utilising Bolton Council's TC130 - Community Services Flexible Purchasing System Lot 1B - Emergency Temporary Accommodation Bolton Council is seeking to provide a Single Homeless Emergency Accommodation Service that is responsive, coordinated and proactively focuses on the needs, challenges, and aspirations of each individual Client.
