Legal Justification

JEOL hold the intellectual property rights to the existing JEOL electron optical architecture in the lab and are positioned as the only supplier capable of supplying and integrating this additional hardware into the existing set up. No other supplier can provide the bespoke pole piece and modified cryo-fin and any alternative would be technically incompatible.
