Description
The Provider will provide an Independent Advocacy Service (the Service) to Adults in the Argyll and Bute local authority area.
Total Quantity or Scope
The Service will be provided to adults over 16 years of age principally under the following legislation: The Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003; The Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000; The Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2007; The Community Care and Health (Scotland) Act 2002; The Patient Rights (Scotland) Act 2011; The Social Care (Self Directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013.
