Description

The Council is currently in the process of leasing a property for use as supported temporary accommodation for those found to be homeless. We require an intensive housing & support service which keeps residents and the local community safe and addresses residents support needs, allowing them to move onto independent living.

Renewal Options

At the Sole discretion of the Authority. 3 years from the Services Commencement Date with an option to extend for a further period or period up to 3 years in total
