North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (Relevant Authority) intend to follow the Most Suitable Provider (MSP) process to award a contract for the provision for Short Breaks Service for adults with complex needs and learning disabilities in South Tyneside To submit an Expression of Interest, a provider must fully complete and submit a response to this opportunity by 22nd January 2026, 11:59:59P.M Previous Market Engagement related to this NENC016 MSP Process was on behalf of NENC ICB under NENC028 (2025/S 000-044452)

NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (the Relevant Authority) intends to follow the Most Suitable Provider (MSP) process to award a contract for the provision of Short Breaks Service for adults with complex needs and learning disabilities in South Tyneside The Service Specification document outline the requirements for delivering Short Breaks Service for adults with complex needs and learning disabilities in South Tyneside. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 24 months at the discretion of the Relevant Authority and subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance commencing on 01 April 2026.

The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
