Description

The Council is commissioning a comprehensive repairs, maintenance, and compliance service for its portfolio of temporary accommodation (TA) properties. The contract will ensure that all TA units are safe, well-maintained, legally compliant, and meet lettable standards, with residents placed at the centre of service delivery.

Extensions can be used should the Council wish to continue with the services being provided by the supplier.
