Argus Cloud is the Corporation's real estate software used by the Investment Property Group within the City Surveyor's Department to manage the investment property portfolio. The system comprises two core applications: Argus Enterprise, used for valuations and cash flow forecasting, and Argus Developer, used for development appraisals. Argus is a critical system supporting estate planning and investment decision-making.
