ClwydAlyn Housing Association requires an established, competent, and accredited Contractor with a proven track record to provide an inspection, servicing, and reactive response to its fire suppression systems installed throughout our stock, which includes automatic domestic sprinkler, water mist, and commercial kitchen systems.
Renewal Options
The resulting contract will be awarded for 2 years initial term effective from April 2026, with an option to extend for up to two further periods of 12 months each (2 + 1 + 1 years).
