SW looks to support student placements as part of our Early Careers offering. These student placements provide potential feeder pipelines into our Graduate programmes. Over the last 2 years SW has facilitated around 10-15 students per calendar year to utilise a placement within our business. We look to build both volume, quality and sustainability of our Early Careers programmes going forward. Delivery of our student placement opportunities by a procured provider helps support our Early Careers strategy through AMP8.
