This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is inviting Tenders to bid for insurances coverage and associated services as required by United Welsh

1	Property Stock Value: £7M Insurance for Property & related Business Interruption risks, which may include Property Owners Liability. Insurance and related services as required by the contracting Authority for property damage and business interruption risks associated with social rented homes, leaseholders and shared ownership property, commercial property and the like all owned or managed by the Contracting Authority.
2	Terrorism Value: £150K Insurance for terrorism
3	Combined Liability Value: £750K Insurance for Employers, Public, Products Liability risks (possibly including Property Owners Liability), plus Libel & Slander risks Insurance and related services for EL, PL & Products liability risks (and possibly POL) plus Libel & Slander risks, as required by the Contracting Authority.
4	Excess Liability Value: £60K Insurance for Excess Liability and related services as required by the Contracting Authority
5	Crime Value: £100K Insurance for Crime cover and any related services as required by the Contracting Authority.
6	Professional Indemnity Value: £100K Insurance for Professional Indemnity and any related services as required by the Contracting Authority.
7	Cyber Value: £200K Insurance for Cyber cover and any related services as required by the Contracting Authority
