Provision of level 2 mental health rehabilitation inpatient services for adults and older adults who have an identified mental health rehabilitation primary need, including people who may also have a learning disability, who are autistic or who have been given a diagnosis related to complex emotional needs diagnostically described broadly as personality disorder

Legal Justification

There are no realistic alternatives to re- commissioning the existing provider because of the nature of the service provision. This service is designed for adults with complex mental health needs who require longer-term, structured inpatient rehabilitation. This is one of very few specialist providers, who collectively deliver this service across West Yorkshire.
