| Experience | To understand supplier's previous/current experience with Artisan Markets, please provide an overview on how you have met the requirements of similar markets or projects. |
| Performance | Suppliers are to explain what performance measures will be used throughout the contract duration, which should include but not be limited to: A) What performance metrics do you use to evaluate the quality and reliability of your traders? B) How often are these metrics reviewed and communicated to traders? C) How do you ensure the quality of the products or services you are offering? |
| Delivery | A priority for WLBC is to develop the vibrancy and relevance of markets to attract a new demographic of shoppers. We want to provide opportunities for new and existing businesses to develop and grow, contributing to a stronger local economy. A) Please demonstrate how your markets have contributed to improving economic wellbeing by supporting new and existing businesses to develop and thrive. B) The council are keen for local suppliers to have access to the artisan markets and would prefer local suppliers to be favoured over other suppliers instances where there is a surplus of offerings. Please demonstrate how you would i) Identify and engage possible local suppliers ii) The process and priority for allocation of stalls. |
